So, we thought for Christmas Eve we’d combine the two. This is for you, of course, but I bet santa wouldn’t mind if you left him some this evening ;)
For several years now we’ve partnered up with our friends at Bulleit on a few different beers— you may recall Bourbon Barrel Brownie, for example. In the last two years, our main collab with Bulleit has been on our Bourbon Barrel Christmas Ale.
It’s our Christmas Ale aged in Bulleit Bourbon barrels adding another layer of warmth. You’ll get biscuity malt note of caramel, toasty molasses and dark fruits under a hearty layer of vanilla bourbon character. Noble hops and generous additions of candi sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, orange peel add wonderful complexity. At 9% ABV, we recommend you sip this one slowly — perhaps out of your brand new Bulleit glassware?
Oh yeah, you got a really nice piece of Bulleit glassware today too, along with a Bulleit stirrer. Old Fashioned, anyone?
