This year we made a JAM PLAN! A plan to bring you JAM! Day two of our 2025 Advent Calendar contains a can of our Blackberry Sour + a tiny jar of blackberry jam - all made with freshly harvested blackberries from West Sixth Farm! The refreshing fruited sour was brewed on our 3 bbl system at West Sixth NuLu, then canned by our advent team one at a time on our Oktoberfest canner, and the jams were made and preserved by our Lexington building neighbors at FoodChain! It really took a village to get this here, and we really hope it's as much your jam as it is ours. Chill up the beer and pour it in a glass so you can see its beautiful vibrant pink hue, and grab yourself a biscuit (or a spoon) for that lil jar of jam.
