Huge shout-out to Tim, John, & the whole team that came in and canned this one (and several others you'll find in this box) on our Oktober canner. If you don't know what an Oktober canner is, I've thrown a pic in below. It's a lot like our crowler machine in the taproom, just ya know, can sized. And yes, we do in fact operate ours by power drill. It's charming, really. That means all 200 of these were canned and labeled by hand, with tons of care, just for Advent.
