I heard something about Brewgrass Trail points? What’s that?

Yes! Claim DOUBLE points when you check-in at Oktoberfest on your phone with your Brewgrass Trail Passport. Don’t have a passport? It’s easy! Sign up online or ask how at our check-in booth!

**Brewgrass Trail and Visit Lex are Parktoberfest sponsors

Will there be parking available?

There will be LIMITED free parking available, but it will fill up fast. Please be patient with our volunteers and kind and considerate to the park’s neighbors. DO NOT park in driveways, etc.

Consider carpooling, walking, or riding your bike! If you ride your bike, there will be a bike parking area available, set up by our good friends at Broke Spoke.

Will there be bathrooms available?

Yes! Ashland has bathrooms on site that will be open, and we will have port-a-potties to accommodate the number of people we anticipate!

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but your pup must be well-behaved and on a leash at all times, and you must pick up after them.  We love your dogs, but it’s going to be crowded so this might not be the best event to bring Fido to. Especially if Fido is a bit nervous.

How much are steins

$10 plastic 1/2 liter steins — comes with first fill from ANY BREWERY! Each brewery will have at least one stein-able beer.

$7 refills all day

Stein quantity is limited and we expect to sell out quickly!

Do I have to buy a stein??

Nope! In fact, we’ll have a limited amount available, so if you DO want one of the (really cool) half liter steins that Visit Lex provided, you’ll probably want to show up on the early end of things

Can I bring my 32oz refillable stadium cup?

Not to this event. Parktoberfest will be 12oz, 16oz, and ½ Litre Stein pours only at ALL breweries. We’re doing that to keep things fair for breweries who don’t offer a 32ozer of their own.

What items can I bring?

ENCOURAGED ITEMS:

  • Refillable Water Bottles (there will be a Kentucky American Water refill station)

  • Chairs

  • Blankets

  • Bags

  • Sunscreen

  • Bug Spray

  • Hand Sani

  • Etc. , you get the gist!

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

- NO outside alcohol

- NO Weapons of any kind

- NO GLASS
