German Chocolate Snake Cake
Snake Cake is getting stacked a little higher with an extra decadent twist on German Chocolate Cake. This imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels gets a double dosing of cacao nibs, helpings of coconut & pecans, and just a touch of vanilla. Standing with layers of dark chocolate notes, bourbon char, and balanced caramelized sweetness, this slice of snakes is a celebration centerpiece.

Three Year Barrel Aged Snakes in a Barrel
One of our first barrel-aged release traditions, Snakes in a Barrel is the sinister bourbon-barrel aged brother of Snake Eyes Imperial Stout. We’ve tasted an extra-old edition that has been resting for 36 months and are excited to release this unique project from the results of time and great Kentucky bourbon barrels. Deep in silky oak notes, extra chocolatey and roasty from the barrels, these deep characteristics only come from age. Don’t miss this fortuitous 2025 release.
