Belgian Ale Aged in Syrah Barrels Brewed with hibiscus flowers and aged for over a year in Syrah red wine barrels with Lactobacillus Brevis. The result is a light, effervescent, and mildly tart ale. From this, it takes on a pinkish hue and wine-like characteristics.
We named this one after Jessamine County, in the valley of the Kentucky River, because it was the first county in here where wine was made.
ABV: 6%
